The location is neuralgic because it allows you to get to the central Piazza Maggiore in about 15 minutes on foot along via Indipendenza, one of the shopping streets of Bologna. Moreover, being in front of the railway station and next to the bus station, it benefits from a myriad of services and obviously an easy access to all means of transport in the city and the province.
